This exclusive resort enjoys an excellent location on the Costa Blanca and has been specially designed for guests over the age of 55, and all those who want to enjoy a healthy stay in peaceful surroundings. Built in 2009, the air-conditioned property comprises a total of 140 bungalows. The resort has its own medical and physiotherapy centre, as well as a spa, an outdoor swimming pool, a social club, a theatre, a restaurant, a kiosk, an on-site hairdresser and a pharmacy. Further facilities include a lobby, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom, lift access, an auditorium, a games room and a TV lounge. There is a café, a bar and a restaurant on site. Guests can make use of the hotel's WLAN Internet access and, for an additional fee, the room and laundry services. Bicycles are available to hire and there is ample parking for those arriving by car.

The hotel offers fully furnished apartments and bungalows with separate bedrooms, with a double bed or twin beds.
